The prices include: Internet, electricity, hot and cold water, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

and tourist tax.

Optional costs:

• central floor heating (5 Euro / day)
• washmachine (5 Euro / wash)

If you would like to stay for a period shorter than the defined minimum or are interested in long term rental, please contact us.

The property may be used all year round. Ideal for business people, requiring a quite place to work or rest and those who enjoy sailing in the vicinity of Biograd na moru.

If you have special needs / desires, for example, you do not want to come by car / need transfer from airport etc., contact us - we will try to help you!

For reservations, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required.

Checkin after 15.00 o'clock, departure by 10.00 o'clock.
